When applying for TDO SANCTION of a
tournament make sure that you have all info on
your flier: place, address, phone numbers, and
motel, and send it to BJ Preston, THE TDO that
are being requested. DO NOT put TDO
"APPLED FOR" OR SANCTIONED on the flier.
Then when the dates have been approved, you
will put TDO SANCTIONED on the flier and
send a copy back to BJ PRESTON, THE TDO
SECRETARY, so it can be sent out to want so
the word gets out.....thank you
responsibility is to make sure the
results are in within 10 days after
your tournament is done and to
make sure that on the
results,everything is correct,  their  
name and association, payout of
each event and so on.....NO
NICKNAMES unless you have
correct name with it.....also when
sending your results also send the
amount of the TOTAL PAYOUT of
the entire tournament...Thank you.
