| When applying for TDO SANCTION of a tournament make sure that you have all info on your flier: place, address, phone numbers, and motel, and send it to BJ Preston. DO NOT put TDO "APPLED FOR" OR SANCTIONED on the flier. Then when the dates have been approved, you will put TDO SANCTIONED on the flier and send a copy back to BJ PRESTON, THE TDO SECRETARY, then you may send the flier out and make copies....thank you |
| When your tournament is done, in to the secretary, BJ Preston. If the results are not turned in within 10 days there will be a pentaly. Make sure you have all info on the TDO Form, the players name, association, name of the event, the date, and the payout for that event. ....NO NICKNAMES unless you have correct name with it or that player may not receive points that they are due......also when sending your results also send the TOTAL PAYOUT of the tournament..........Thank you. |
